Return/Refund Window

• For Delivered Items: Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and stored properly.
• For Immediate Issues (e.g., Melted, Damaged, or Leaking Items): You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.
• Ice pops have been stored properly in a refrigerator or freezer as per label instructions.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

Provide Details:
Include your order number, date of purchase, and description of the issue.Attach a clear image or video if the product is damaged or spoiled.
Verification:
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to verify and guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping:
If the issue is due to our fault (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the reason is on the customer’s side (e.g., changed mind), the return cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Replacements: If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will resend your items based on stock availability and policy terms.

Perishable Product Policy

Please note that Freezie Ice Pops are perishable products. If proper storage (freezing) is not maintained, we cannot guarantee returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or unsealed packs
• Items damaged due to negligence or late reporting
• Orders returned due to taste preference or buyer’s remorse
